Career History
Today, I am the Director of Quality and R&D Operations. Over the past nine years, I have held various roles in the QA field, ranging from manual testing and automation development to establishing QA departments. As a QA mentor and QA & Automation consultant, I help companies achieve higher quality solutions.
In my current role, I oversee QA and automation management, and in my previous position, I was the Head of QA & Automation.

I bring extensive experience as a manual tester and automation developer, with a strong background in developing automation infrastructure for complex systems. I have successfully managed and mentored QA teams, establishing effective workflows and guidelines for both automation and manual testing.

I am highly skilled in Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes. My formal education includes a B.A. in Communications and ISTQB certification. Additionally, I have completed various programming and online courses as part of my informal education.
QA & AUTOMATION MANAGER
- Manage, lead, and hire manual testers and automation developers.
- Manage and define the quality process, guidelines, and workflows.
- Identify needed improvements and set roadmaps for manual and automation testing.
- Implement micro-services automation infrastructure as part of the CI/CD.
- Implement a daily Jenkins job for monitoring daily system stability and quickly discover bugs.
- Take a major role in the release process.
- Share, inform, and update stakeholders of our quality status.
QA ENGINEER

- Manage 11 teams (26 manual QA & automation developers): Trading platform, Web, Mobile, CRM and Backoffice

QA & AUTOMATION MANAGER
- Manage, lead and hire offshore automation developers in Ukraine and manual QA testers in Israel - 2 teams, 7 people.
- Manage and define the quality process, guidelines and workflows.
- Implement test-rail as a test management tool for testing documentations.
- Establish off-shore automation and in-house manual QA departments.
- Establish two automation infrastructures frameworks using TypeScript and Node.js.
- A framework that supports API, BI, DBs (SQL, Redis, BigQuery), RabbitMQ, WebSocket and reporting.
- A framework that supports UI using cypress. Also includes a reporter, API and DB abilities requests.
- Implement the automation infrastructure as part of the CI/CD and of the release approval process.
- Implement a daily Jenkins job for monitoring daily system stability and quickly track bugs.
AUTOMATION DEVELOPER
Developing an in house automation test platform in JS and nodeJS. For blockchain driving exchange.
Developing API, DB and UI automated tests.
Using Jest, leanFT, Selenium, and in-house needed modifications.
Mobile testing, iOS & Android.
Web and Hardware testing (IoT devices).
